I really loved this book and the way it’s put together. The sections on events and the value and family-friendliness charters are especially useful and give it a nice twist. It’s not your typical guide packed with full sightseeing lists, but that’s actually what makes it great — it offers just the right kind of inspiration to spark ideas for your next trip.

Great guide - hardback and good quality

Did not meet my expectations by a long shot.

The title suggested that I could look up places and events by date to find ‘the carnivals in the south of France’ or ‘events in May in France’. Not so. This is useless in my mind. Zero cross indexing of little data. Huge disappointment for a LP user since inception.
