Problems half solved

After waiting a few weeks, they couldn't find my address and, instead of contacting me, the book was sent back to ok. Then I spoke with the client service and they kindly sent me again the book for free and it arrived. But in this way a missed my friend's birthday, so then I asked for a compensation but I didn't get any answer about it.
