Classic Ikon 9" Chef's Knife

I’ve been using my new 9 inch chef knife and it’s so much better than my previous 8 inch. I use it for almost everything. However, I just used my 9 inch Hollow carving knife to cut my California burrito in half and it did it perfect and effortlessly with nothing spilling out. I couldn’t be happier with these classic icon knives they seem timeless.

I love this knife. The handle is the perfect size and shape. The steel holds an edge. The length is nice.
