Very cute design and packaging that kept it safe in transit. Instructions and a lifetime warrantly were included as well as stickers :) The necklace itself feels great, but the locket seems a bit cheap. I love supporting small businesses and understand it costs more for them to produce items (I preger to support small businesses), but I guess I was expecting a slightly higher quality in the locket. It’s very hard to open and makes it feel like I’ll break a nail, but I wouldnt open it frequently so that’s not too bad. I was disappointed when I opened it to see a picture wasn’t included as described. I can print on off myself, but I would have liked to have had it included since I emailed the picture within 24 hours as the instructions said. I’m sure things happen, but I was missing pictures in all of the necklaces I ordered unfortunately. Overall, I am happy with the necklace as it is beautiful and you can tell she puts a lot of thought and care into her business <3
