Great customer service & no quibble replacement.

This pack is better than amazing. Fits skates, helmet and gloves comfortably. You can leave in them in or not, it will still fit your laptop, books, pens pencils chargers etc. anything you'd need on the go. The laptop sleeve fits great, the skate pocket underneath separates the skates from the backpack so you never have to worry about the stuff in the pack getting wet. The zipper on top/sides provides easy access to it all! You can put your work items in, zip it up and stuff your other gear in from the top, just cinch and go!!! Really cannot say enough good things about this pack! Oh, did I mention the front pocket is a cooler to keep a few bevi's or snacks handy? Super comfy as well. 5+++ Stars!!!

Backpack as described, but unfortunately this did not arrive with the three velcro patches as described in the description. I have reached out via email and online chat to customer services to resolve this but no contact back from anyone.
