Disappointing

I ordered a set of Pott refills and already had jars set to put them in. They fit perfectly into the jars but when I completed the initial burn only one side of the candle burned, leaving a huge imbalance and the other side virtually untouched. The citrus candles also did not have much of a scent when lit. I contacted customer service twice about this with no response. Considering the cost of these candles I would have expected better quality and definitely some engagement from the customer service team. This was a disappointing experience

Probably the nicest scented candle there is, lasts for ages and burns right down to the end.
