It’s a great product engineered correctly with common sense.
It’s a great product exactly what I was looking for. The plates load on really quick and they’re located on the bottom of the foot and also the locking spinner allows you to stand up and walk a little bit, which is a great design because when the plates are on the side of the foot, the foot can’t even touch the ground.

For 30 bucks you really can't beat this thing. Will likely upgrade to a max at some point, but this is covering me for now. When using this make sure to counterbrace against a rack arm or bench seat or you'll end up making the wrong muscles work. Form is important with these types of devices, but when used properly they are super handy to have around.
