Irregular Ivory/Black Geometric Area Rug

Very soft and fun shape to make space more dynamic

The rug shows every step/movement as the base underneath seems white and the rug fibers aren’t very long so when brushed in the opposite “direction” it doesn’t look great. The carpet also doesn’t do well with a cleaner and barely got wet and the fibers in that area are now clumped and won’t soften back out.

Rug quality is not bad; nice and soft. The dying however is not great; the black areas are only dyed at the tips of the fibers and any time you step on it or vacuum it the coloring becomes very uneven due to the white showing everywhere underneath. Also, some areas are dyed unevenly, the white parts have some slight orange stains, and there are a few little blue ink stains around the rug. Overall does the job and does look nice from a distance and at night but you can see a lot of imperfections during daytime.
