Non-functional
Bristles on the brush are too soft to clean the hairbrush, so it is useless. The return process is taking forever trying to get in contact with customer care.

Absolutely love what these brushes can do and deliver. I have been using Ibiza’s since 2014 and still in AWE of what the high quality.
