While it did take some getting used to the weight and figuring out the controls, it is so much fun. I tell all my co-workers to get one of these bikes. Ordering the bike and some extra pieces was easy and no hassle. The bike is very well made and comfortable to ride. I like my bike. Thank you very much.

In the ad it said holds 400 pounds, I'm 300 and the rear shock bottomed out on every pedal stroke , ,I appreciate you giving me a discount on a heavy duty shock, but you you should have a disclaimer in the ad that anyone over 260 pounds may need a heavy duty shock. Other than that I am very happy with the bike.

I have had my Alaska Pro for about 3 weeks now and I think it is one of the best purchases I have made. I am a big guy and it handles my height and weight fine (Though I have upgraded the rear shock to an air shock). The dual battery has more than enough range for probably 3 or 4 hours of 20 mph riding at level 3 PAS. For a smaller person I am sure it would be even more. It is a very heavy bike, so be prepared for that, but dual battery comes with extra weight. At it's price point I would very much recommend this bike.
