Sweetheart Patchwork iPhone Case

I’ve used Wildflower cases for years and have always loved them, so I’m especially disappointed by this experience. The design on the case I received was noticeably crooked, and after sending photos to customer service, I was told that imperfections are expected because the cases are handmade. I was initially only offered 10% off a future purchase, and no exchange was offered. After I asked why an exchange wasn’t an option, they eventually offered one, but by that point I had requested a refund instead. Kim told me several days ago that she had sent my return label, but there was nothing attached. When I followed up to ask about it, I was told their system was down and that the label would be sent once it was working again. It has now been several days and I still have not received the return label, so I’m unable to even send the case back and get my refund. I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled, especially as a longtime customer.
