Not long after I placed my order I was notified that they were currently out of stock, but was expecting a shipment fairly quickly. They gave me the option to cancel my order or leave it on backorder. Received my order in shortly after. With the free shipping and a free gift, I will definitely consider them for my next movement purchase.

No Answers for order 4490

I received order 4490 and had a couple of questions so I called your number and only got a message to leave a message. I sent 2 emails on 5/5/2022 (info) and 5/8/2022 (paulina) with no answers. I only got emails requesting a survey feedback.

Packaging and customer support

The chime hammers were very bent as received, packaging was not right for the movement. Had to bend back and straiten to correct. Several requests for set up help were NEVER answered. Always got a recorded message "your concern referred to our team" but NO follow up. Finally Google searched to find the very simple solution to my problem. Perhaps Timely does not have a team of knowlegable people to help you. Hermle movement was good, but Timely and Timeless packaging and customer support were VERY POOR, I would use another source before I would use them again.
