Purchased the movement to replace that for a Howard banjo clock replica by Mason & Sullivan having a Hermle movement that lasted over 30 years. 1st replacement movement ran for 1 month and returned for another under warranty which is working to keep time. The "bim/bam" strike, however, is not up to sound provided by the original Hermle.
