PB&J with Peanut Butter Patties

I've ordered from here before. Ice cream is usually fantastic. I'm not sure what happened. When I received the box, there was no indication of dry ice and the ice cream was almost entirely melted. I put them in my freezer to see if they'd refreeze. Which they did. But something in the texture was off. Its a delivery issue that severely diminished the ice cream experience.

I absolutely love the ice cream. I would buy it more often if the shipping cost was not so high.
