Esther Maxi Dress - Baked Rose

Ended up having to buy another dress of the same size but from another company since couldn't get it zipped up. Don't expect to ever get your money back even if you return the dress you only get store credit and its not equal to what you pay because they don't convert it correctly. So you end up paying more. I am now stuck with a dress that does not fit. I'll just sell it on marketplace. I'm not the only bridesmaid that had the same issue. Be wary of ordering from foreign countries as their sizes are not the same. Sorry im too thick for your dresses. Not plus size friendly.

Terrible service. Parcel was deemed lost by AusPost and the customer service team were rude and unprofessional to deal with. They did the bare minimum to assist.
