Picanha Wagyu | BMS 6-7

An Easy Choice

This is hands down one of my favorite cuts out there. The australian wagyu opens so many options for cooking this up. From smoking it whole and slicing it like a prime rib, to breaking it down to portions similar to a strip steak. This was the first coulotte I've gotten from this vendor but it wasn't the first I've tried, for the price it's super convenient to be able to have it shipped wherever you need and the customer service is on point. Highly recommend this steak and this site.

Stop buying Prime Picanha

There's no other way to say it, by far the most tender, and delicious picanha you can have. I simply stopped buying picanha Prime after I tried this one.
