Boots came in well packaged with paper inside them and cardboard shaft tubes and individually wrapped in plastic, good quality box, all things that Boot Barn misses the mark on when you order from them online. The boots were super comfortable out of the box, they have leather insoles and an additional set of memory foam type insoles were also included. True to size, break in period was next to nothing. Completely satisfied will buy again for sure
