I am so impressed with Threshold’s products and customer service. I was googling marble backsplash options and came across their website. I was reluctant to order through them since they were not local and there are so many online scams for appliances and building materials that contractors have warned me against. I had a decades old marble vanity top that was super hard to match and I couldn’t find anything that would work so I went back to Threshold’s site. I saw they had an option to submit a photo of your project and they wound do their best to match it. So I emailed them from their contact page and received a response in less than an hour. I was then emailing back and forth with a real human who was incredibly helpful and so responsive. We sent photos back and forth. Their representative was really clear that they did not have a perfect match but sent photos of what might work and explained their return policy. I decided to take a chance…I’m so glad I did. Two long marble pieces arrived within days, packed beautifully. No shipping fees. And it worked out!!! I highly recommend you give this company a try. I was blown away by how quickly they responded, we sent many emails back and forth, they didn’t stop responding because this wasn’t an easy match. They went above and beyond and then shipped very quickly! Quality product. Quality service.

Bought three 4 foot x 5 inch pieces of marble. They all were beautifully cut, polished, finished and beautifully packed and shipped. Great to have this resource available to us all.

Italian marble backsplash

I ordered and received a 72” backsplash for my vanity the end of March. It is May 4, 2025. I’ve been asked to review it and I’d like to do that in full, but my contractor has not been able to get here to install it yet. What I can say, is that I was very anxious it might break being the size that it is. However, when I opened the box, it was very securely packaged with support about every foot or so, plus on the ends. It seems to be ok. I was told if it was broken, I just needed to get a picture of it & another would be sent at no charge. That is impressive customer service. They also suggested sending a picture of my vanity so they could match the backsplash as closely as possible. I loved that! All in all, I feel confident that it arrived safely, and that it’ll look beautiful. This is a company I highly recommend. I want to mention as well, how helpful they were when I called with a few questions before I ordered. My contractor contacted me recently that he’ll be here within a week or so. I’ll write an update at a later time, but if you’re ready to order now, do it. I think you’ll be pleased with the price and the service.
