Like to start off with saying LOTWSHQ is a pretty stand up company I ordered a otter pro resort but eneded up receiving an otter pro monster lodge instead . I contacted them and they were a little shocked at the mistake but gave me the option to keep the larger more expensive tent at no charge which was good of them so thank you LOTWSHQ. I was set on the pro resort but after receiving the monster lodge and setting it up i was quite happy with it . Its alot bigger than I wanted but will be awesome for ice camping. 5 stars for both LOTWSHQ and the otter pro monster lodge. Cheers
