I can't tell you how much we love them. The template I was able to download was perfect! It needed no adjustments, I do use Photoshop but I could have just as easily done in any of the free alternatives. I printed the designs off and placed them on a cup I already had and instantly knew they were going to look fantastic. I would advise you to print the guide too so you can be confident of the scale. The quality of the cups is amazing. They feel so luxurious, the printing is a good deep black as intended. They came so fast, it's Monday and I thought Wednesday would be a good estimate if all went well. I just couldn't wait to wash them and use them though I didn't want to get them dirty! Fantastic! Wonderful Service

I have just bought two customised bone China mugs from Brinley and I am very pleased customer. Being a technophobe I was unable to work out how to use Brinley's on-line ordering system to get my wanted design to Brinley, but Brinley was very flexible and helped me place my orders by by-passing the on-line system. The delivery time was superb and the packing was professional. All in all a great supplier and top marks.
