I absolutely love these new non stick skillets!I am a picky person when it comes to cooking good food. Been cooking for 50+ yrs. I know a good one when i see and use it!!

I love everything about this pan especially the anodized hi-lo pan bought 1, I can use a metal spoon, and stove to oven. Washes up easily, handle is perfect doesn't get hot no need to grab with a pot holder while cooking. I also bought 2/ A-1 scratchDefense pans ,the beginning of a great collection.
