taco-bout delicious!
Hands down the tastiest taco spice I've ever had. The Hot is hot, but so incredibly flavourful. Will definitely be purchasing more for our taco nights.

A new pantry staple at our house
I tested the taco spice mix from Lex's Pantry on a small batch of tacos. The recipe provided called for 2 lbs of beef, and I had 12 oz, so I got busy with half a tablespoon of the spice mix and a little over 1/6th of a cup of water to help everything come together.
I got the mid-level spiciness, which was perfect, nice, and warm—nothing overpowering. And I love that it isn't overly salty like commercial mixes.
I cook tacos for two adults at a time, and we aren't great with leftovers so being able to reliably cut the recipe is a bonus.
