Butter Masala Spice

We made the recipe on this site for this spice mix. The result tasted like butter masala chicken we’ve had from some restaurants! We preferred the “spicy” version but it wasn’t quite spicy enough for us so we added a little cayenne. Next time we’re going to use this spice mix in place of the spices in one of our own recipes. It’ll save some time and I know it will be tasty tasty.

Amazing Butter Chicken!!

I now have to order the triple pack on repeat! My family LOVES the Butter Chicken I make using Lex’s Butter Masala seasoning! Would highly recommend giving it a try!

Restaurant Quality!

We use this blend by marinating our chicken thighs with Greek yogurt and a couple pinches of Butter Masala, then grill on the BBQ + chop up. We add it to wraps , bowls, and more! Delicious way to achieve the butter masala flavours in a simple way!
