More like traditional dumbbells. Well designed and built. Clean, simple, and effortless weight selection system. Cradled in a well built dock. From increments of 5lbs to 80lbs. I like having color options.

I got the first workout in with my new NuoBells 5-80lbs and couldn’t be happier. The adjustmemt setup on these is so quick and convenient. I sold my old set of regular dumbbells after my first workout with the NuoBells. Bells of Steel had a sale on the blue color for the best price I’ve seen so I snatched a set up. Also, the delivery time from the time I placed the order was super quick. I’m a happy customer.
