Garbage, Worst

Shocked to see 5 star reviews for this product, the worst PEI flex plate I've ever purchased. ** This is not a reflection of West3D, they are great and I continue to be a customer, but this is a warning on how this sheet performs ** The first sheet I received had the PEI portion peeling off when I unboxed. I sent a picture of it to West 3D and they replaced (for free) immediately. Replacement sheet came in same condition, within 5 prints both sheets are in the garbage. When removing parts, the PEI coating rips up. Not after prolonged use, after the first use. The PETG warning should really include ABS and ASA I suppose? Maybe PLA works well, but have not tried it. On both the original sheet and the replacement sheet, they ripped on the first and second print respectively. It's what I would imagine one would get on AliExpress or something. I feel bad about writing this, because West3D are good people, just pickup a different flex plate from West3D. The other goto sheet I have I purchased from West3D, using it since last Fall/Winter, and hope to again (when they have in back in stock, but picked this up because I didn't want to wait. this was a mistake)

Fantastic Quality

Amazing quality. I swapped from a relatively fresh plate from another reputable brand (no issue), mesh range was cut in half. Extremely satisfied and I have a singular print on this.... will probably be my go-to sheet for PETG.
