Terrible customer service. First time buyer & last time buyer.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes, the shoes were on sale. I'm new to this brand and one of the shoes were too tight. I was told, 'too bad, final sale'. Purchasing shoes online should never be final sale. I lost $30 but you guys lost me as a customer and lost many that will read this.
