Beartooth Replacement Parts

Great transaction

Defective rod, it’s unusually brittle. Like dry spaghetti. Broke immediately, had to wait 3 months for replacement part, broke immediately again. Never got to go fishing with it, the thing snaps during setup. Fortunately, the company offered me a refund. Also, I think the company may have realized that this is a defective product because I was told by CS that Beartooth is being replaced by a new type of ultra lite rod. Company should refund everyone who ever bought a Beartooth rod.
