Lost earbud on the plane and battery ran out before I could find it. My daughter recommended this service and I was very happy with the price. Received very quickly and noticed that the battery drained much quicker on "new" bud. Reached out to support and they replaced it within a couple of days. Amazing service and to have my old buds a pair again makes me very happy. I would/will definitely use Re-Cell again!

Took a minute to figure out how to pair them . But worked great

Having issues trying to connect it after following the instructions multiple times. And I hate to say it because I've ordered from here plenty of times before with no issues. This is just for this past order. Customer service has been great though
