It was decent. I have already read through the 'Easy Peasy Method' by Hackauthor. I think I gained more insight overall from reading the Easy Peasy Method but this book did help me articulate some things in my mind to further solidify my thoughts. I can confidently say that the combination of this book with the Easy Peasy Method, which is free by the way, has indeed set me free with 100% certainty.

Many Facebook products promise things that you want/need but never deliver. This delivers. Clear, concise, direct. I listened to the book a few times while traveling in the car with non one around. It has helped tremendously.

Book arrived damaged with a deep crease/cut all the way through the top left side of it. Content is good! I'm reading it to my non-reader husband to help him in his addiction recovery. This has been a tough and heartbreaking time. I'm trying heal from the betrayal.
