Beautiful Locket

This is beautiful! I bought as a gift, and it's a wonderful size for adding photos. The magnetic clasp is a nice feature. Also the chain can be worn long or doubled and worn as a shorter piece.

Not Brighton quality

The chain wasn’t what I considered good. The back of the locket was not smooth. It had a piece of metal that would have scratch my skin or clothing. I did send it back. Very disappointed. Also, 2 stores have closed around me. Not sure what is going on with Brighton.

The wrong pictures were placed in the locket

i was so excited with my Christmas gift to my wife of our only two grandchildren. When I received the locket i did not open the locket to review the pictures. Needless to say I was shocked to see that the locket has pictures of two incorrect photos.I was embarrassed and a special part of our Christmas was ruined. I will be pursuing a full refund and apology. I have been a Brightons customer for over forty years and would appreciate an explanation
