Why not include -one- for first time customers?
The caviar I wanted to get (as a gift) was out of stock, so I had to keep checking the site for it to return. I wanted to also get an opener with the caviar, but then once the caviar was finally back, of course I forgot to order the opener with it. So, I had to order it and pay $5 shipping just for this tiny item that weighs half an ounce. Ridiculous. It would have been nice if they'd waive the shipping fee since I had JUST ORDERED some caviar, but no...
