Appalling customer service

I’ve tried for days to get in touch with someone via email about arranging a return for a faulty dress but haven’t heard anything back. I’ve also tried to contact Goddiva on social media and had no reply, even though they’ve continued to post stories. The dress itself is gorgeous but poorly made and the stitching was coming away at the seams leaving two gaping holes after wearing once for a few hours. So disappointed for a dress this expensive. Will not be buying on here again.
