Disappointing customer service support (false and deceptive)

I’ve avoided sharing my experience because you’ll be disappointed, but you keep requesting my feedback: I emailed customer service twice about my order after receiving shipment, but my emails have been completely ignored. That’s not a good customer experience at all. Why are you ignoring my emails? The glasses and screen wipes are great—creative and well made. I even bought a few to give as gifts. I wish they didn’t have Jinkies branding, but I live with it (I generally don’t like branding on products). HOWEVER, I’m very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service support. The promises made to provide friendly and responsive customer support is totally false and deceptive. Maybe you respond to other customers, but my experience has been to be totally ignored.

My husband loves history, so much so he recently got his PhD! This certainly made him smile. The quality is amazing and it’s certainly detailed and cleans glasses well. Thank you for having high quality products. Can’t wait to order my own. :)
