Amazing customer service

I’m really happy with the overall experience. The console table looks lovely and exactly as pictured. While I’d rate the product itself 4/5—mainly because I found it a bit on the expensive side—the service absolutely exceeded expectations. When my console table arrived, one leg was missing and the glass was broken, which was disappointing at first. However, James and Adam handled the situation exceptionally well. They were quick to respond, professional throughout, and arranged a replacement shipment on the very same day I raised the issue. The responsiveness and customer care were genuinely outstanding—easily a 6/5 for service. Issues can happen, but it’s how they’re handled that makes all the difference, and in this case, the team truly delivered.

The product is great. It’s beautiful console table that’s elegant but also functional given it can hold some weight. Customer service was great too, very promt reply with a question I had. Overall a great product and service.
