My experience has been absolutely awful. I received a package. I wanted to return it. This was after having to pay over £100 in postage and customs charges. Then you provided me with an address where I sent the package. It was delivered but four days later it was returned to sender. I have still not received it and now it looks like it is being sent back to your address in the postal tracking data. I want a refund for this item as I have done what I was told to and yet you did not accept the package. This has been a very costly error for me and your communication system is slow and not helpful at all.
