Worst company to deal with. Such a rip-off. Won't let us cancel the order. Worst reviews on reddit. They delete all bad reviews on their website and delete bad comments on Instagram. Can't get ahold of anyone at kala now that we said we want to cancel and want a refund. Please do the research on this company before you buy. They don't even have the best red lights. Half the lights don't even light up like other companies.

Great device, but instructions could use some improvement

The panel itself is awesome. Love using it once a day. But, the set up instructions are abit vague, the screws aren’t all labeled and you have to test a bunch to see which ones fit. The way to set the frequency isn’t very well explained either, but there are YouTube videos from other people that help. Also wish the last frequency you set it at would stay, it’s a pain to have to set it each time. No regrets buying it, just wish there were some slight improvements as mentioned.
