It works

I had some difficulties getting the replacement to sync with the other earbud at first. However, this was just because I still had the old one and it was still active. Once the battery died on the old earbud, the bud was able to sync with the case and the other bud. It has been working perfectly ever since.

This is the second time I have purchased from you. Great product. I lose things from room to room. This time I got both earbuds incase I lose them again.
