Orange Mini Smiley® Cookies

This is second hand reporting because I had the cookies delivered to my niece and her college basketball team. She says they were delicious! We like that they're individually wrapped, which keeps them fresh longer and also makes them easier to share with her roomies and the whole team. We got the basketball cookies of course, plus the mini smileys in school colors. I'm glad I found these!
