This is in memory of my beautiful boy who passed away far too early. I cried when I saw the final product, it looks just like my baby. The team were so kind when I explained the reason for the picture. I love how you can make requests (I asked them to show his smile). The fact they send a draft and ask if there is anything you want to change etc is amazing (although they had done a great job so I had no comments).
