Classic design returns! Slightly different from the v3’s, but now on amazing stock. This stock is somewhere between USPCC thin and Cartamundi E7. It seems to have extra weight to it…not thickness, just that bit heavier. The deck breaks in beautifully. I prefer borders usually, especially with a black deck, but the color holds up well and there isn’t much chipping after heavy use. I purposefully overused a deck to push it past it’s limit and although it eventually doesn’t have the same glide between cards after the excessive use, it never clumps, still fans exceptionally well, remains springy, and feels like a solid deck. I never liked thin stock until these. If I had to pick one (or two) decks to use exclusively forever, it would be the Smoke (white) and Mirrors (black) v8 decks. I also would like to say that Card Mafia ships quickly and packs the decks very well. Customer support has been exceptional.
