Took entirely too long to receive. Just shy of a moth from order date to hit my door. After two weeks I called to check the status. Was told it was in customs. I ordered from the US site thinking it would avoid this. Tracking also said dropped off by the customer not that it came in through an international shipping hub. Product seems fine and comfortable though I haven't ridden in it yet. Just be prepared for a wait if you're ordering one.
