Restrictive Exchange Policy Even if Product is Unused with original packaging
Return/exchange policy should be re-assessed. I purchased cycling socks, but color did not match my kit so I wanted to exchange for different color. Shop insisted no exchanges even if the product is in original packaging/tags and not even used. Why is that? I just wanted to exchange for different color, but still no flexibility.
