At 5’4” 128lbs, I decided to go with the medium and glad I did. Nice snug but not too tight fit. I am 68 and play in a USTA 65 and over league, and this skort had just enough pop with a side zipper for easy ball access. Love the style with plaid blue and white under pants. Well constructed.
