Stick arrived and flex was too light. No option when purchasing to choose stick stiffness

Received my Grandsons (9years old) Black Magic composite hockey stick from the factory in a quick and timely fashion. The hockey stick came very well packaged and looked fantastic. This was bought as a Birthday gift (May 4)so my Grandson hasn't seen it yet. I'm certain he'll be dying to use it as soon as he can, The service was excellent and the product looks great.
