Shipping was very fast! Good consistency & gentle. Doesn’t taste bad either. My only complaint is that if you want to do the true cleanse with repeat in two weeks, you will need to order another bottle. Did not know that when I ordered.

I have not noticed any difference. The recommendation of 1-ounce 2x daily for five (5) days, must have been incorrect because the bottle did not contain ten (10) ounces of the bugout. I was able to take 1-ounce 2x daily for four (4) days and one dose on the fifth (5th) day.

I love the Bug Out, I did 5 days and plan to do it again in 14 days! I had my Dad take it and now my husband so we'll be placing plenty of orders. I'm excited to try more things. The Summer Delight tea was amazing but I can leave that for another review 😊 OH and the shipping was incredibly fast. Thank you for all you do!
