PERFECT GAME BASEBALLS

The balls are great. They took a really long time to ship. I had to send an email and inquire about the delay. After that, they shipped relatively quickly.

They’re fine. They’re baseballs. Still figuring out if we want to keep purchasing PG baseballs after this customer service experience. You all are way too hard to get a hold of and not very timely at responses. We have always been Rawlings fans so we aren’t likely fully switching to PG balls due to the challenge of working with your company in ordering.

Hey guys, First off, I really appreciate what you do. I just wanted to give some feedback on the baseballs I ordered. I thought I was ordering standard high school baseballs, but when they arrived the I noticed the seams were almost flush with the leather. The PG high school balls I received are more like pitching machine balls or some specialty thing. If the seam type had been labeled more clearly, I wouldn’t have ordered these. After I saw them I looked closer in the description and noticed that these are D. Starr flat seam baseballs. It would have been helpful to have a picture of these seams in the photo rather Stan the stock photo used for all baseballs you sell. What’s confusing is that the youth PG baseballs actually appear to have the higher seams. So if I’m looking for high school base balls should I order your youth baseballs ? If so, do they have the same weight and density as NFHS? I’ve already sent them back and plan to order the youth version, hoping that’s what I’m actually looking for. I’m not asking for a discount or anything — just some clarification so I can be sure I’m getting high school baseballs with regular seams in the future. Thanks for your help.
