Misinformation and no help

The description of this kit says that it comes with two canvases, 40 cm x 40 cm. That would be more than 15 inches. The canvases that arrived were 5 or 6 inches. I’ve reached out to customer service twice, once through email and once through the online support. Online support responded through their messaging a couple of days later but the only help they could give me was to tell me that if these canvases were in indeed five or 6 inches that that was wrong and I shouldn’t let them know, which I did in two different ways. But I haven’t heard anything. I think this is a honorable company, but they need to work on their customer support and have a consistent means of contact.
