RETRACTION--I wrote a prior review explaining my frustration with the constant demand for reviews...

In that previous review, I was frustrated because I got a lot of emails asking for reviews. I had put off reviewing until I could get my order straightened out. I ordered the wrong type of yarn and was wondering if I could return and exchange for the right type but I hadn't gotten a response. In fact I did get a timely response and very helpful response--straight into my spam folder. My review prompted another timely and polite response--alerting me to the fact they had responded. Thank you so much for your patience with my flawed ability to order wool and my flawed spam settings. I am thrilled everything is getting handled beautifully.
