I eventually received a full refund, but only after several weeks of chasing updates via email, chat and social media. Initially I was told the order had been dispatched, however the tracking never became active and there was no movement in the Shop app. Communication was very inconsistent and I often had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response. I was especially disappointed because I genuinely wanted the robe I ordered, but in the end I lost confidence that the order would ever arrive. After publicly commenting on social media, the company acknowledged there was an issue with the shipment and processed a refund quickly. I appreciate that the refund was eventually handled, but the overall customer service and communication experience was stressful and disappointing.
