I bought this set plus the premium bench for my 18 year old grandson. I'm 68 and have used weights since I was 15. When I retired at 64 I bought a bench and some bow flex dumbbells. They started falling apart after a year of hard use. I tried the 88's and the premium bench from activafit. What a difference. They are durable, well-made and taught me a lesson. Buy quality and don't look back. I am an activafit guy forever.
